"Ten stars….this is the best A/C company. Joe is the technician with Ken’s A/C that repaired our unit. He listens as you tell him the issue and quickly determines what’s wrong and repair's promptly.Very professional, courteous and friendly. Also, may I say the young lady who takes the calls is also very professional, courteous and friendly."

"Ken's was recommended to me for an AC checkup. Joe was prompt, courteous, and professional. Joe was friendly and answered all my questions. He found nothing wrong with my AC unit but did wash out the outside coils. All this was done within the one-hour minimum charge. I will definitely use them again if have any problems."

"Ken's technician Joe serviced our AC unit today and did an exceptional job. He serviced the unit removed the leaves inside, cleaned the coils and added coolant at a very reasonable price. He also answered all my questions regarding maintenance...etc. Our unit is 12 years old. I highly recommend Ken's. Will be sure to have them out this fall to service the heating unit."
