"I called this Ken's after having problems with my heat overnight. The nice lady over the phone asked me A few questions about exactly what’s happening with my heat. Before sending someone out here as I requested, she gave me a few troubleshooting methods to try and I did as instructed. Over the phone they helped me get my unit back up and running within 10 minutes. It turns out my unit was just in emergency heat mode because the lines froze and it needed A specific cycle. They helped me get my unit up and running without even sending a technician to my house. This obviously cost me zero dollars and this company made no money off this job. A lot of other companies would take advantage of the situation to come out and sell a new unit. Kens did not, and I will be a loyal customer in the future. They truly care about peoples Pocketbook Over making a sale. I say thank you to Ken’s For helping me get through this stressful situation The easiest way possible.
